CONDITIONS OF USE

  1. Basic Provisions
    1. The site belongs to MMarket LLC.
    2. When placing an order, the user automatically agrees to the rules below.
    3. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the rules below. The user is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules before placing an order.
  2. Registration
    1. To place an order, the user must register on the site.
    2. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by the user during registration.
    3. The Seller is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the User Account. If the user suspects that his account is being used without his permission, he is obliged to inform the bank and the site administration about it.
  3. Placement and execution of the order.
    1. When placing an order, the user must provide accurate information:
      Name and surname of the customer
      Name and surname of recipient
      Order delivery address
      Contact number
    2. After placing the order, the customer will be informed of the expected delivery time of the goods to the carrier. This period depends on the availability of goods in the seller's warehouse and the duration of order processing.
    3. If several products are ordered and the seller does not have any of them in stock, the seller will inform the customer about this. The customer can accept the purchase of the goods that are in stock at that moment, wait for the entire order to be filled, or cancel the order.
    4. All product descriptions posted on the site are for informational purposes only and cannot fully reflect the parameters and characteristics of the goods, such as color, size, weight, etc. To specify these parameters, the customer must contact the seller before placing the order.
    5. When placing an order, after entering the parameters of the plastic card, the specified amount is blocked on the user's account. The amount is withdrawn from the customer's account after the order is transferred to the courier.
    6. In the event that the seller did not find one of the products in the warehouse and the customer agreed to purchase the remaining goods, only the value of the remaining goods is debited from the customer's account, and the remaining amount is released from blocking.
  4. Sale of discounted goods
    1. The seller can put for sale on the site goods that have certain defects, indicated in the description of the goods (lack of box, incomplete configuration, etc.)
    2. In the event that the customer discovers a defect other than the one indicated in the description, he has the right to request the product to be repaired free of charge, exchanged for a similar product, or the product returned with a refund.
    3. In other cases, the given rules apply to devalued goods.
  5. Delivery of goods
    1. The terms of delivery of goods are indicated on the site, in the information section, " Transportation and returns ".
    2. The cost of delivery of goods is calculated according to the regions indicated on the site.
    3. During delivery, the goods are delivered on the principle of "Door to Door" - to the customer or to the person who will meet the courier at the recipient's address specified in the order. The supplier has the right to request proof of identity of the recipient.
    4. When submitting the order, the customer is obliged to check the visual condition and quantity of the goods.
    5. In case of external damage to the product, the customer has the right not to accept the parcel, return it to the courier and inform the seller of the reason for the return.
    6. The customer confirms receipt of the goods by signing the document, which means that the goods have been delivered in full and without physical damage.
  6. Return of goods
    1. Goods are returned in cases where:
      The goods have physical damage during delivery to the customer.
      The goods received are different from the ordered ones.
    2. In case of finding the mentioned problems, the goods are returned to the seller.
    3. The seller provides replacement of damaged or different goods with new or similar ones based on the agreement with the buyer.
    1. Warranty
    2. The seller's warranty applies to the sold goods according to the warranty conditions.
      Force majeure
    1. The parties are exempted from full or partial performance of their duties defined by this "Agreement" and from responsibility for their late performance, if the aforementioned is caused by force majeure circumstances.
    2. Force majeure circumstances include: wars, strikes, civil disobedience, natural disasters, the adoption of legislation or legal acts by the state institutions and administration where the shipment is completed.
